Office Manager
We are currently looking for an Office Manager for our rapidly growing company. This job is a full-time, in-person position. The successful applicant will serve our staff, clients, and neighbors well and manage a variety of accounting tasks including, but not limited to, tracking and balancing finances and giving monthly reports, invoicing, PTO tracking and payroll, and communicating with clients on outstanding payments. This position also includes Human Resources such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records and licenses, updating policies, writing offer letters, and ensuring office is in compliance with current laws and regulations. Also directly oversees the Administrative Assistant, answers phones, and is willing to complete other tasks to keep our office running smoothly. The position will require flexibility, a willingness to complete a wide range of tasks, and motivation to help others succeed.

Must Have It:​

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in office administration/management experience

Proficient in QuickBooks
-
Knowledge of general accounting and HR procedures

Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent phone, verbal, and written communication skills
-
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
