an HR & Recruiting Manager to focus on taking care of our team and growing
it. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing processes and policies to support our team, ensure compliance with state and federal
employment regulations, create and refine recruiting processes, attract
potential new team members that will aid in our mission to serve our
neighbors well, and other duties as necessary.

GOTTA HAVE IT​

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience

• 2+ years of recruiting experience

• A strong belief in putting others above themself

• Experience working at an engineering firm

• Management experience

• In house recruiting experience and recruiting firm experience

• Experience writing and revising company policies

• Marketing experience

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $70,000-$80,000 Annual Salary
