Big leadership position! We are currently looking for a Civil Engineer (PE) to oversee our entire Civil Sector with four direct reports and a full Civil Sector team of about ten team members (and growing). The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the design efforts and growth of our Civil, Hydraulics and Hydrology, and Transportation teams. Our civil sector works on a very wide range of projects including master planned communities, commercial developments, roadway designs, and floodplain studies. It is anticipated that our Civil Sector will continue to grow quickly and this is a vital role in ensuring that our clients, our neighbors, and our team are well taken care of.

GOTTA HAVE IT

• Enrolled as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Colorado or the ability to be enrolled within two months.

•  15+ years of civil engineering experience

•  5+ years of management experience

•  Team management experience

•  A strong belief in putting others above themselves

• 10+ years of management experience

• Experience working on projects in Colorado

• Experience managing both small and large projects

• A history of being awarded publicly funded projects in response to competitive RFPs and RFQs

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

•  110,000-$135,000 Annual Salary
